(formerly known as QUNIE CORPORATION, Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Shigeki Yamaguchi), a member of the NTT DATA Group, today announced the launch of its new training program, “AI-Driven Innovation Enablement Program,” available from February 5, 2026, designed to help organizations develop the mindsets and approaches required to drive innovation through the effective use of artificial intelligence.
This training program is aligned with the AI transformation framework proposed in AI and Innovation, a book authored by Michael Lewrick and other globally recognized thought leaders in design thinking. The program also incorporates insights drawn from Fortience’s extensive consulting experience. Through an intensive program that combines classroom learning with hands-on exercises, participants will acquire key mindsets and approaches—including design thinking and systems thinking—as well as methodologies for driving AI-led transformation based on these perspectives.
Building on this training program, Fortience will further contribute to the realization of AI innovation within enterprises by providing consulting services for business transformation and the development of organizational environments that enable the effective use of AI.
